Hey there yeongshing,
Thanks for helping with the previous problem! ^^
Found a new error and uploaded the image for easy understanding!
Basically, I clicked on the "Save file" and the item circled in green pops up.

Also, a side question, does the downloading require a re-verification checks after about 20 or so downloads, is it a new requirement on the site or is it my site cookie that expired too quickly?

And i'm not sure how you can add preview image to music file, can you share how you put screensaver to music file(eg. mp3)?

1) The CAPTCHA (the "checks") will start showing up after user view or download over a certain big amount of content. Could you share with me about how many files you viewed or downloaded each time or your last recent visit on mobile9? So that we may take a look.

2) Regarding forum, you are not losing rights. Instead, currently we only open certain forums for organising contests, the other forums have been closed and unable to create new thread and make replies.

3) I don't understand your last question. @.@

2nd time ask for 1st file & i only download 3 file b/c i dont have premium account.
2) Only to organize contest & then remove other links so we restricted or come to know about open links( for contests) that save our time.

Hey, i just looked closely again, i think the effect should be live now right, because from the screenshot you posted, there is not "STOP" and asking "Are you human, bot or alien?". Can you try again and see if still seeing "STOP"?

Hi Galina, regarding sharing to FB, it's actually FB's issue, not from our site.

However, although you don't see the preview during sharing, but once you posted, there will be preview image show up in FB post that you just shared, or you can try refresh few times or click the share button few times then the preview image will appear.

Yup, I am only downloading from the same category. In the image attached, the button circled in BLACK appears when I want to download a file, but the item circled in RED does not appear after a few downloads...

So, I tried downloading a file from another category after the cannot download issue occurs again, but it doesn't work either.

Hi, the previous question that I deleted because I thought the problem was solved, well... I was mistaken. The problem still exists.
The "Save File" download link doesn't work after maybe about 15 downloads. All I can do is log out and log back in again before refreshing the page, and only then can I download files again. Is there any way to solve this issue? Or is it a problem on my side?
Please help! Hope the issue resolves!! :'(

Hi, were you only download the same category of file, eg. ebook only or ringtones only? Have you tried download files from different categories to see if the "Save File" working before log out and login again?

And I also want to know is it you are seeing the same "Save File" button like normal but clicked and waited for quite some time still haven't able to download?

If it's not the same button(in case display error message or something else), a screenshot would be helpful.
